Ongoing Learning Sessions Keeps it Fresh
Teaching and learning is taking a beating lately. Social media feeds is peppered with unflattering stories from classrooms coast to coast. Reports such as students struggling to adopt to acceptable classroom norms, and ill-prepared for grade level content or lacking the ability read, write, and think critically. I get it! I see first hand the work cut out for educators and parents who are involved in parent-directed education.
This is the setting in which I have come to the forefront I am not shying away from it. Using my background in social science and cultivating edifying engagement for students, I aim to break through the bad rap associated with teaching and learning by connecting the immediate student needs with subject matter knowledge in the social sciences.
